Knowledge sharing can promote technology innovation networks innovation performance. based on the domestic and foreign relevant research, this paper develop an integrated model, which incorporates the influence of inter-organizational trust organization structure and knowledge through knowledge sharing on the technology innovation achievements, and use 124 enterprises of xi´an high-tech industrial parks as the object, the research result indicates that, inter-organizational trust, network structure and knowledge influence the innovation performance by means of knowledge sharing.
