The Balanced Scorecard is the most advanced evaluation system for enterprise performances. By coupling the balanced scorecard in the analysis of enterprise value, this article talks about the compatibility and feasibility of the balanced scorecard when coupled in the enterprise value, On this basis, it goes to further explore the application of the balanced scorecard in the evaluation of enterprises, therefore, it enjoys both theoretical and applicative significance.
