Assessment of regional entrepreneurship policies is very important to promote regional institutional environment. This paper make a systematic study to regional entrepreneurship policy, including : analyzing the assessment ideas of regional entrepreneurship policy, establishing the design framework of regional entrepreneurship policy, designing the Distribution table of the assessment elements, constructing the assessment index system and designing assessment method of regional entrepreneurship policies.
