Abstract :
Combining with the ROT and Flat circular interpolation (G2 / G3) instruction format in Siemens 840D Control system, with space circular interpolation ability of FZ37 CNC machining center and APT files of CATIA as the research object, and giving out space circular interpolation algorithm According to the 840D control system and 5-axis CNC machining. This algorithm is not only simplifies the input data, but also improves parts of surface quality. Experimental confirms that NC code is generated the algorithm that it is applied in five-axis CNC machining successfully and verifies feasibility and reliability of the algorithm.
