This paper introduces the current situation of Property insurance and it is unreasonable of the business structure. It summarizes in the structure of the main reason for discussion, and proposes some ideas of the business structure optimized about the property insurance in our country. There is the property insurance the goal programming model in this paper. It points out that it´s in the programming decision of the value application. At last the article establishes the goal programming model about the motor vehicle insurance of the property insurance company. It provides a decision reference of the development plan in property insurance.
