As China´s household electrical appliance industry to enhance the degree of marketization and the pattern of a buyer´s market, household electrical appliances in the performance differences become more and more small, homogeneous products, and excess production capacity, the best-selling products can improve depends on the smooth distribution Channel. However, China´s household electrical appliance enterprises distribution channels exist, or there may be conflict, the conflict has become a channel of distribution efficiency constraints of the important factors. In this paper, through the channels for China´s household electrical appliance enterprises conflict situation, an analysis of household electrical appliance enterprise distribution channels produce the main reason for the conflict and the conflict in accordance with the reasons for the proposed select the appropriate channel for members of the partnership-type relationship between the channels, distribution channels and the integration of innovation, The establishment of strategic alliances, as well as production and sales channels, such as flat to prevent and resolve conflicts in the corresponding path.
