Construction of forestry e-government system based on Zachman frame theory

Based on Zachman frame theory, this thesis puts forward the general design for the forestry e-government system of Zachman, aiming to represent the criterion, specification and method; to direct the construction of forestry e-government system; and to improve the decision-making level of government and enterprises. Hence, it can promote the leaping development of forestry, make contributions to the achievement of sustainable development, and eventually boost the forest economy and even the overall economic and social affairs.
