Decoration project quality management based on process control approach

A decoration project could be disassembled to some subentries or described as some processes, so its project quality management could be summed up to process control. This paper presents an issue of using process approach and project lifecycle to manage decoration project. It analyses the five steps such as primary decoration conceiving, technician and builder choosing and signing up contract, decoration work plan designing, material stocking and field constructing, checking and accepting. By using process approach to the project flow control, the decoration project management validity and constructing quality could be ensured well.
