Abstract :
Based on the remote sensing image of Guangzhou in 2006,the main river water of Guangzhou City was extracted using ENVI and ArcGIS software. After selected the typical river water, this paper builded up 1000 meter buffer zone,3000 meter buffer zone and 5000 meter buffer zone for the river sealine. Employing the landscape ecology method, combine with the Fragstats software, this article studied the landscape pattern changes of river sealine in Guangzhou. The result of this paper can help government departments planning and management the river sealine.
