  • Abstract
This paper briefly reports the research and the applications of some newly piezoelectric ceramics (i. e. F1-PZT, F2-PZT, FD3-PZT, FD4-PZT, SF-PZT, S-PZT, and lead-free piezoelectric ceramic materials (Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3, etc.) of ferro/piezoelectric community by means of bettering the steps of their fabricating techniques, especially the step of grinding the superfine powder of raw materials (including nanofabrication technologies of physical and chemical nanometer-size powder), and the sintering technique of piezoelectric ceramics of this work. Then, some problems of the piezoelectrical ceramic materials need further researches are pointed.
