Information superiority is the basis of any operations under conditions of high technology. The analysis and evaluation of Information superiority are highly emphasized by west developed countries. The essence and function of information superiority are introduced in this paper. Then, the sketch map of its concept is given based on the operations demands and the evaluation indices of information superiority are promoted. For the different characteristics of the indices, three evaluation methods are discussed, those are experts survey, information entropy and radar chart. The applications of the three methods are detailed.
