  • Abstract
Varieties of Zinc Oxide nanostructures have been fabricated by a simple wet chemical method. The growth of the nanostructures was also studied with the use of various organic and inorganic compounds. A morphological change from rod-like structure to nanosheets was observed in presence of those compounds. We also observed a preferential growth of the nanostructure when hexamine was used and the structural form is quite stable as compared to the use of other compounds.
