Abstract
Intraoperative MRI is gaining importance in surgery as it enables surgeons to have a look on real-time MRI scans during the surgery. In addition to the large spatial and temporal resolution of the MRI scans, the process of crunching medical data in real-time can be very challenging and crucial. This paper presents a hardware based approach for processing real-time MRI with an application to heart rate analysis.
