Exploration on model conceiving of universities organization change based on learning organization theory

After explaining the concept of universities and colleges, and review the relative research of the learning organization and learning university, the issue analyzed the necessity and possibility of the universities organization change based on the learning organization. Based on the learning organization theory, the issue advanced the basic principles of the model conceiving and then the issue tentatively put forward the universities change model under the view of leaning organization based on the ‘three stage model of change management’ theory. At last, the issue advanced the basic paths of carrying out the change model from the aspects of lay dimensionality and content.
