Abstract :
To explore the preparation method and characters of a new nanosized As2O3/Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 thermosensitive magnetoliposome and its antitumor effect on MDA_MB_231 cells. The nanosized As2O3/ Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 thermosensitive magnetoliposome was prepared by the method of rotatory film and high-pressure homogenization, and detected by TEM, SEM, EDS, atom fluorescence spectrophotometer spherical and DSC. The therapeutic effects of the nanosized thermosensitive magnetoliposomes combined hyperthermia on human MDA_MB_231 cells in vitro were evaluated by MTT assay and flow cytometry.
