After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The integrated development of manufacturing and logistics industry is necessary for increasing the competitiveness of manufacturing industry and prompting the logistics industry. There are some misunderstandings about the integrated development at present both in theory and practicing as for its form, premise, guarantee and the relative position between manufacturing company and logistics enterprise. These misunderstandings should be cleared up so that the project of the integrated development of manufacturing and logistics industry proposed by the State Council can be put into effect successfully.
