  • Abstract
The recovery of the signal buried in ambient noise is of important significance for targetpsilas signal detection, recognition and classification at low signal-to-noise-ratio. Based on DT-CWT statistical wavelet model, an algorithm for ship-radiated noise signal denoising and signal waveform estimation is proposed to decrease the effect of the ambient noise to signal detection ability. Through the analysis of ship-radiated noise and of ambient noise, the interscale relationship of wavelet coefficients is induced according to signal power density function, and then the signal denoising model is proposed. The analysis of the data taken from practical measurements confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
