It is very important and necessary for a professional college to construct a learning team of teachers in order to promote the core competence and potential of the institute, esteem the personal vocational development of a teacher, and meet the requirement of vocational education´s innovational development continually. After that, the author analyzed current main problems, several appropriate proposes based on the knowledge worker management are provided
