  • Abstract
    This paper presents a type of microwave active filter circuit employing the GaAs MESFET negative resistance property, and the whole circuit can be fabricated by using a MMIC process. The element values of the circuit and the computer simulation for the circuit performance are given. The CAD analysis results show that this active filter does have the narrow band property, and gain of more than 10 dB at center frequency and the attenuation of more than 30 dB at f0 ±100 MHz are achieved
