After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With the development of the globalization and socialization of the world economy, the need for the accountants who can use more than one language to do accounting increases rapidly. So it is necessary to perform bilingual accounting education. In our country, since accounting bilingual education began several years ago, it did developed a lot. But some problems still exist. This article tries to analyze these situations and manage to provide some responding suggestions which could help solving these problems.
