Abstract :
In plant operation, human errors are caused under the time limitation in an abnormal situation. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system that can support counter operation in an abnormal situation. This paper focuses on standard operating manuals that describe counter procedures for an abnormal situation caused by an equipment trouble, and so on. This paper proposes a systematic generation technique of counter operation procedures in an abnormal situation from the viewpoints of efficiency, laborsaving, and reduction of human errors in preparation. The technique uses six kinds of information related with plant condition, anomaly cause, counter action policy, and counter actions. This paper develops a systematic generation system for a small facility that imitates a chemical reactor. It is confirmed that the system can create proper counter procedures in abnormal situations for abnormal scenarios by anomaly causes happened in devices.
