With the economic development, trends of projects of large scale and complex become evident, and cooperative design also will be more common. Because cooperative design involves many subjects, some problems may appear, such as division of labor, poor communication. They will bear some risk, mainly involving schedule delays, increased costs, inferior quality and so on. Risk management should be developed that risk management systems, risk registration system, early warning system, a good communication mechanism, a strong monitoring measures and making the project summary should be included.
