  • Abstract
    Capacitor charging power supplies are the most efficient and effective means of charging capacitive loads to high voltages at high repetition rates. This paper presents various options for capacitor charging power supply topologies to meet today´s demands and summarizes the advantages and drawbacks with each approach.
