  • Abstract
    Second-harmonic control is implemented in a balanced common-emitter configuration to facilitate frequency independent third-order intermodulation distortion (IM3) cancellation. Experiments demonstrated an over 15 dB improvement in the output third-order intercept point (OIP3)
