Abstract :
The rapid development of Internet has created a significant level of variation in commerce. The commercial prototype trusted by the traditional entity market has no longer been suitable for the Internet virtual market. This paper focuses on the competitive factors that may impact e-commerce development and provides success laws. In this paper, we fist identify differences between traditional management and Internet management. Then we provide factors such as new entrant, substitute, buyers´ bargaining power, suppliers´ bargaining power, local area competition that influence every aspect of e-commerce. Our research also shows successful Internet market laws. These laws are learning laws, network laws, uniqueness laws, pricing laws, efficiency laws, searching laws and cooperation laws.
