Abstract :
The goal of a content management implementation is to manage content, and while a CMS (content management system) may be required as part of the implementation, the acquisition and deployment of the system should not be the focus. Yet, many organizations tend to focus on the system instead of on the content the system is intended to support. This paper describes the importance of incorporating usability into content management, ensuring not only that the system is usable, but also, that the content stored within the system is usable
