Abstract :
Summary form only given, as follows. Electron acoustic waves in an inhomogeneous plasma with dust particles of variable charge have been theoretically estimated. The expression for growth rate have been obtained which shows the growth of such waves can be controlled by appropriate selection of number of parameters viz., the external magnetic field, the density inhomogeneity scale lengths and charge on dust particles so as to get an appropriate plasma environment for some typical plasma processing reactors.
