Abstract :
A project is presented, in which four-quadrant converter, resonant tank and machine-side inverter of a railway traction vehicle operating at single-phase 16.7 Hz are treated as one unit, featuring an integrated model-based control of all quantities. The project aims at improving the dynamic behaviour of the overall system.
