Abstract :
This paper will present a low power OTA with an adaptive biasing and common-mode compensation. The OTA has an open-loop gain of 60 dB and unit bandwidth of 20 MHz with capacitive load of 6pF. Its power consumption is 3.8 mW and chip area is 0.01 mm2. The chip was made in 1.2 μm CMOS technology in AMS
