Abstract :
The coherence and stochastic resonance phenomenon in the FitzHugh-Nagumo system induced by coloured noise is investigated. Results indicate that the coefficient of variation (CV) and the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) are non-monotonic function of the correlation time of coloured noise, and vary non-monotonically with the intensity of the coloured noise, as with the external field frequency.
