Abstract :
The design and evaluation of a single-loop and a dual-loop feedback control system are presented. Both controllers improve the output voltage regulation and dynamic response of a 2 kW two-switch high-frequency forward converter with extended duty cycle capability. Simulated and experimental results are presented to verify the design and the effects on the dynamic performance of the converter using both controllers.<>
