Abstract
Living Labs as a methodology to explore the socials usage of technology is still into early stage of development. With this paper we try to set out our use case, LivingLab4Carers project, and enrich the discussion about living lab methodology. The first section describes motivation and project objectives. The next one describes the methodology implemented in developing Living Lab phases: Requirements, Implementation and Evaluation. The following section, findings, presents how could be improved that process to obtain better results according to the feedback provided by users exploration phase. Finally the conclusions are presented; highlighting the information flow between partners, fake assumptions done by technology creators and advices to improve the process.
