Abstract :
In this work the results of investigation of behaviour of subatomic carbon and silicon films (coating degree θ= 1 ÷ 3) on the surface of niobium and uranium needle autoelectronic emitters at low-energy bombardment with H+, D+ and He+ ions are presented. The peculiar property of the selected systems was the ratio of work functions: φ (film) > φ (substrate).
