Abstract :
In this paper we will discuss the development of a visual ESD event detection system utilizing, video imaging, four antennas, video camera, oscilloscope and PC. We can visualize the location and timing when ESD event has occurred through calculations using the hyperbola method and then mark the applicable location and timing on the video image.
