Abstract :
A 10-MHz, sixth-order elliptic filter is realized by maximum dynamic range biquads composed of very low-distortion transconductors. Based on precise simulations, THD of transconductors is lower than -70 db for 10-MHz at 4 Vpp input voltage. All circuits are aimed to be fabricated on standard 2μ-CMOS process using ±5 V supplies
