Abstract :
The paper defines the limitations and point of weakness of already known and realized MOSFET operational amplifiers. The noticeable delay, poor slew rate, serious noise and low gain are examples of these drawbacks, which have been revealed to be related to bad circuit technique or poor technology of fabrication. A new and powerful circuit configuration comprising noise, offset, drift compensation and speeding up techniques for a superior MOSFET IC operational amplifier. The simulated results showed a very good performance improvement (slew rate SR=104V/μsec, delay time td~10-11 sec, noise power reduction en~54 dB, eoff~50 μV, distortion D~25 nV/C°)
