Innovation ecosystem of hi-tech enterprises is a knowledge difference, coexistence and co-evolution innovation system based on component/module. Based on contract and trust, platform enterprises and supporting enterprises establish control coupling, information coupling and relationship coupling in the form of loose coupling. Technology standard becomes the basic coupling route of innovation ecosystem because of its unique competitive connotation. The ecosystem build motivate mechanism of price incentives, reputation incentives, information incentives and eliminated incentives to achieve the coupling effect of collaborative innovation.
