Abstract
We propose a quality inspection system of pressed car parts. Our goal is to construct a contactless measurement system to save the cost, and to reduce the processing time. Additionally, we aim to develop the system for various car parts. In order to solve them, we introduced the laser 3-D measuring with a rotary table. We got approximately 0.132 mm accuracy measurement results by experiments. In this paper, we describe about this system, and experiments are shown.
