Abstract :
It is necessary to change the mode of CNPC´s (China National Petroleum Corporation) well drilling business to improve the efficiency and profits with the development of marketing environments. DEA method is used to evaluate the development efficiency of CNPC´s well drilling business from 2005 to 2009 year based on the traditional methods deficiency. CNPC´s well drilling units can make some decisions or take some measures to improve the efficiency and profits and change the mode of well drilling quickly according to the results of evaluation.
