The method and Application of the attribute measurement system analysis

The consistency ratio and Fleiss´ Kappa is described in this paper for the specific use. This paper analyzes attribute measurement systems through the consistency ratio and Fleiss´ Kappa coefficient, and applies them to the evaluation of plug gauge commonly used in the production of electronic components. This paper also explains how to implement the attribute measurement systems analysis through the sample collection program and measurement strategy in the electronic components industry, and proposes evaluation methods and suggestions for improvement to the attribute measurement systems.
