Abstract :
Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) film is prepared on stainless steel substrate by screen-printing method. The electron field emission behavior of CNTs is dependent on many factors such as CNT paste preparation, special sintering technology and post-treatment as well. The good cathode emission property is obtained in experiments and the uniformity of emission is improved.
