Knowledge management is the application and innovation process of enterprise professional knowledge, it is a important way for enterprise niche optimization, and the effective way for enterprise competition advantage. Niche optimization is the exemplification of enterprise adapt to the environment, its target also is the promotion of enterprise competition advantage. There has been close relationship between knowledge management, niche optimization and competition advantage. we needs to apply effective way to achieve mutual promotion and adaption of relationship between knowledge management, niche optimization and competition advantage.
