An Evaluation of a French Health Network: Antibiolor

Ever since the eighties, health networks have aimed at coordinated care for patients from medical, social and health professionals. These organizations are integrated into the legislation and financed by French institutions. Evaluation appears to be necessary in order to deem their efficiency. From this aim in view, we considered the global nature of the system thanks to an example: antibiology network in France "Antibiolor". Theoretical data (from functional analysis, nature and levels of decision correlated with the concerned actors) have been confronted with practical data gathered from the pharmacists of the network. Thanks to this applied methodology, we highlight a means to ensure perennity of the organization
