Abstract
A computer-integrated manufacturing (CIM) cell has been developed for use in colleges, universities, and industrial training centers. This CIM cell, complete with curriculum for the system and each of the five modules, can be used to teach the principles involved in implementing computer-integrated manufacturing in industry. One cell has already been installed for use in a classroom environment, but no results are yet available
