Abstract
Transients related to changing power of a heat reactor are the most dynamic, opposite in sign, ponderable in the reactivity change. Therefore, recently most attention has been concentrated on them. In this regard for the benefit of the reactor facility operator the design values are prepared included into the neutron and physical characteristics manual. In the given paper by the example of the conventional heat reactor the peculiarities of the decisions obtaining under conditions of the transfer from one station power level to other are shown. Design charts of the main parameters for the express-analysis are suggested.
