Abstract :
In this paper, the simulating dynamic behavior of a grid-linked wind farm power system in Taiwan is investigated. Some models including wind model, aerodynamic model, machine model, electromechanical model are employed to cater for the dynamic behavior of the system. Simulation results show that the system operates satisfactorily under normal and abnormal conditions.
