Abstract
We demonstrate efficient mode convertors for guided transverse electric (TE) and transverse magnetic (TM) modes on sub-wavelength plasmonic waveguides. Efficient mode conversion is important for realization of multi-functional optical nanocircuits and surface plasmon amplification.
