Abstract :
We fabricated a novel cylinder-shaped structure field emission light-emitting tube (FELET). As emission cathode the carbon nanotubes film is grown directly on the metallic wire by pyrolysis of iron FePc, and mounted the emission cathode with elastic assembling technology. The electrons emitting characteristics of electronic field is measured. SEM image of the CNTs shows that many branches at carbon nanotubes top. The emission mechanism of this new kind carbon nanotubes was careful researched. The forecasting model of wavelet neural networks forecasting results show that the absolute value of the relative error of the model is within 5.00%.
