Abstract
Rheographic method of blood pressure (BP) parameters measurement without using occlusive cups is comparatively new direction in the estimation of cardiovascular system functioning feature (in determination of systolic and diastolic values the impedance plethysmography allows one to obtain the curve of the change of a man body parts strength). The cause of the methodical error (30%) of the determination of the blood pressure Ps and Pd values is the overlapping of the wave processes conditioned by man other organs operation onto the rheogram of the pressure. The method suggested in this article to eliminate this error is based on maximum and minimum values obtaining according to differential rheogram.
