Abstract :
Device is intended for fusion welding and can be. used for welding refractory and high-temperature materials. Suggested technical solution elevates the quality of welding by an increase of electron beam focusing; reduces energy consumption; decreases significantly the sizes of the device for electron beam welding. To achieve the results each electromagnetic. focusing lens is manufactured as a ring-shaped pipe inducting magnetic field of superconducting material with the grooving division of flanks with the formation of the gap between them.
